		<description>Absolutely the best piece of advice that you gave, not to discount any of the other steps, is to TEST.  Gosh how many of the &quot;gurus&quot; over the last year have had problems with their launches etc. and blamed it on &quot;melt down&quot; of their server, when the real answer was there was a glitch in their order process.  

That has to be the number one way to direct a customers confidence to the delete button.  

If I could add, it is almost as important to offer a &quot;freebie&quot; that honestly has value.
