I tend to stay away from google cheat sheets, just due to the fact google blocks my queries temporarily when I use cheat txt
Huh? What I am offering is a pdf download for free that outlines what you need to know about SEO.

You should reference the original: SEOmoz PDF http://www.seomoz.org/blog/the-web-developers-seo-cheat-sheet.
They are nice enough to put this out for free. You should attribute properly.
