Most people on twitter want to increase the number of people that follow them.
I currently only have a few followers and so gaining 1,000 new followers may seem a little ambitious.
But I am up to the challenge!

Getting more active with Twitter is one of my goals this year as well. So the list you've made is going to be a big help.
That one about Tweeting at a certain time of the day is new to me. So it's a good idea to try. Again, thanks for the list.

I'm still yet to realise what quality of traffic is possible from Twitter, even with a large list of followers.
Quality traffic is possible if you have a quality following.
Ok, Nick, I am thinking about what I will tweet 3 times a day to get three people a day.
Since I don't post an article everyday, I will have to think about this. Short tips, ideas,
etc. I guess.
Why not just follow someone who doing SEO and ask them to follow you as well.
