Hi Nick,
Do you have any cut-off number when looking at competetion? I mean how many does the allintitle, allinurl, etc number be before you consider if the keyword in worth going after.

It's really hard to say. It all depends on the numbers for the other keywords. It also depends on your niche and how much money you can make from it. If you can't make very much from that niche then I'm not going to go after things with a lot of competition because it will just take too much time.
Great work.. As you said the numbers look a little off .. Broad search brings 849K while the exact search brings 1.37Mil. I always use Google keyword tools, and some third part sites also like serp analytics, spyfu(free account) to get some idea..
