I just came across this website that offers eyelashes for your car. (I guess some people are just not getting enough attention!)
When I first saw it I couldn’t help but laugh and tell others about it.
What does this have to do with getting traffic?
This site is doing something that is funny and bizarre. And it’s getting people’s attention. I don’t have access to their traffic statistics but I’m guessing that their traffic has grown dramatically. People are talking about it on twitter and word is spreading about this funny concept.
This is the exact kind of thing that marketing guru Seth Godin talks about.
So what can you do that is funny or bizarre or outlandish to get people to talk about your website?
