Great presentation, but the real time search is junk if you ask me
I hope it never gets implemented… but thats just me!

In what way did you find it to be junk?
Results are all over the place and very much scattered! Lets say I search for example "Lady Gaga" it just shows me the recent twitter results, and some facebook throw in the middle, that doesn't always deliver the best results since the results are just all scatted info! Unless an event is occurring… like something ground breaking the results are gonna be all over the place. I don't know what else to really say Nick.. just don't really like the results =(

It looks quite interesting. This is the first time I've heard of it so it's going to require some playing with before I can judge. Looks like it'll be the most useful for current news story updates and discussions pertaining to them. Thanks for pointing it out, Nick.
