Dofollow blogs is very helpfull for SEO. I know many dofollow blogs and i found it very quick.
I also use this add on for Firefox and its one of the easiest I've tried.

I also upgraded to the 4.0 version, and rats it is not compatible with SEO quake! I hate that…I wish I had not made the change.

Firefox now does have SEO Quake for 4.0. Sorry about the miss info. They didn't have it yesterday..go figure.
