Directories are a great way to build steady links to any website and they should not be forgotten about because they still hold some link value.

I can not find real estate, under which the title will seek to register my site.
Maybe they don’t have that category.
Come on; It is one of the most common categories in all directories.
I’m not sure what you are expecting from me. I don’t run that directory and have no control over the categories they have.

Its always good to get listed in directories as they offer niche/topic related sites in one area. Good for the searcher (and also good for the sites
Good point. I didn’t think about getting my site listed.
Only Problem there is
a) not an inclusion guarantee (even the paid options sometimes don’t work)
b) the free listing is ignored and the owner concentrates on the paid link
c) it takes time to get included
d) you don’t get feedback when not included
e) sometimes these directories are abandoned and your time and efforts were wasted
So, don’t expect results too soon. Right now the site has about 80 pending links (up 40 from last week), but no change in the number of active links.

Thanks for sharing Nick, there is a short article on there that explains how to make a blogger/blogspot blog into a dofollow, I plan to do that with at least some of mine.
Looks like a very beneficial directory of do follow sites. Also it looks like it is current. Some of these I have found are never updated so this is very helpful. Thanks Nick.
