Very true Kristi!
This post is one of the most eye-opening posts I’ve read all year. Especially the part about using email as a social networking/marketing tool! For me, I’ve never considered using my email client for anything other than answering customer’s questions, or sending a message to someone. That part where you said if you aren’t doing social media properly it can be a waste of time even though you might feel like you’re doing a lot of good work (I had to laugh when I read that
Interesting case study there. He advocates many good ideas and gives well-thought out reasoning as to why it could be equally or even more rewarding and successful to build relationships with people at the same level instead of always seeking out the top-most people.
Funny thing – a guest post about not making guest posts.
It is true – not every niche accepts guest posts and sometimes it is more effective to get into contact with the blogowner and look for other ways to work together than putting time and energy into a guestpost no one would read

Great article, Gregory! Lot of interesting points that you’ve brought up and some really good ideas too. It is true that it’s not always best to focus on building better relations with higher level people only but also with those on the same level as you.

it’s not quite impossible to get that amount of readers. Especially if you are regularly updating your blog site every now and then with good quality articles. And also if you allow others like friends and relatives to post in your site then you can accomplish it.
If you are looking for some sort of secret sauce, look elsewhere, but if you want to see some smart implementation of direct-to-success techniques that you can use in any niche, read on, this post is for you…..
Hi Nick and Gregory,

Wow, that was a long post but full of value! You’re right, it’s refreshing and I enjoyed reading it. I think it’s amazing how you came up with your discoveries and strategies and generous enough to share it with us.
Email has not been a priority for me before with many bloggers singing the praises of FB and Twitter but now I’m looking at it differently. It seems there’s gold there that I can tap into.
Thanks for sharing a very informative post!

I admit this one is a food for thought for my day after reading this post. This is not impossible if you have regular updates for your blog post and has quality content. Most of the blogger may come, go and return if your content has really a meaning and source for good information.

Thanks for sharing! Just read the article and I totally agree. Email is definitely the best and most effective way to connect online.
Social media is great for getting the message out there also, but for taking action and making things happen, email is usually the way to go!
Great article that she wrote, it is interesting to see how others have been successful and they went or go about doing it.
The writer of the post Gregory from sparring minds is one of the top bloggers at the moment and does lots of interviews , I wonder if getting the 40,000 would have been possible if he wasn’t so well known.
Whenever i get interview requests the first thing I do is google the person requesting the interview. I know if i saw his past history come up I’d be back to him in a flash!

40,000 sounds a lot, really a lot. And to think no guest bloggers just doing all of it on your own. Must have been the best in the field. And the tutorial/how to really does give me an insight when I start doing my own thing. Actually I have been reading alot this days when it comes to helping my site rank. Well this is informative.

Try to find one or two guest bloggers each week who can help you provide quality content to your readers while you focus on providing quality content to other blogs. Accepting guest blogs can be difficult if your blog is fairly new, but if you have some traction in your niche, take some time to invite others to write for you and lessen your blogging load. Well you have shared a great info with regard to guest blogging. I hope this article will help a lot of people to enhance guest blogging efficiency.
