I am at least somewhat unsure of that, but I cannot tell you if it is true since I have not gotten a top-level/upgraded membership yet. As an expert about website traffic and someone whose opinion I value highly, I would be very surprised if you did not agree with me that traffic from "organic SEO" is far more preferable than traffic from traffic exchanges.
